These French Bulldog is believed to have evolved from the miniature British Bulldog, they were also once known as the Boule-Douge Francais. They were originally bred for companionship.
French bulldogs make excellent pets for either apartments or homes, and they are comfortable as either city dogs or country dwellers. In any environment they have one overwhelming need, and that is to be in close contact with the person they love. They are highly intelligent and are never too boisterous or noisy. They can make great pets for the young and the mature person. Will come vaccinated, worm flead etc...
